Aging out at 18?

Once a Sprout, Always Family

Students who complete the Leaders Stage at 18 don't have to say goodbye. Graduates are invited back as Alumni Mentors — coaching younger singers and musicians, helping at rehearsals, and showing our Sprouts exactly what growth looks like.

Mentor a Sprout or Stream student one-on-one
Assist instructors at rehearsals and performances
Build real leadership, teaching, and stage-production experience
Earn service hours and letters of recommendation for college and jobs
Stay part of the family that helped you find your voice
