For Families

Program Agreements

Every enrolling family reviews and signs these three agreements. You will sign them electronically at the end of the enrollment form — read them here first.

Agreement 1 of 3

Commitment Letter

Our shared promise between the student, family, and program about attendance, effort, and conduct.

  • The student will attend scheduled rehearsals, classes, and performances on time and prepared, and the parent/guardian will notify the program in advance of any absence.
  • The student will give their best effort, practice between sessions, and follow the direction of instructors and mentors.
  • The student and family will uphold the program's core values: respect, commitment, discipline, teamwork, excellence, integrity, creativity, and community impact.
  • The student will treat instructors, volunteers, fellow students, and venues with kindness and respect at all times, including on social media.
  • The parent/guardian will support the student's participation with transportation, communication, and encouragement, and will remain reachable during program hours.
  • Behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others may result in a conference with the family and, if unresolved, removal from the program.
  • The program commits in return to provide a safe, positive, and inspiring environment, free instruction, mentorship, and performance opportunities for every enrolled student.
Agreement 2 of 3

  • I grant Passionate Singers & Musicians Inc. permission to photograph, video record, and audio record my child during program activities, rehearsals, performances, and community events.
  • These materials may be used for program promotion, social media, websites, newsletters, grant applications, sponsorship materials, press coverage, and community presentations.
  • I understand that recordings and images become the property of Passionate Singers & Musicians Inc. and may be edited, duplicated, or displayed without further approval.
  • I understand that no payment or compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
  • Student full names, addresses, schools, and personal contact information will not be published alongside images without separate written permission.
  • I may decline media use at any time by selecting 'Do not release' below or by submitting a written request to the program director; previously published materials may not always be retrievable.

  • Loaned items may not be sold, traded, rented, altered, or loaned to anyone outside the program.
  • Loss, theft, or damage must be reported to program staff within 48 hours.
  • The parent/guardian accepts responsibility for the reasonable repair or replacement cost of items lost or damaged through negligence or misuse; normal wear and tear is expected and excused.

  • Copyrighted sheet music and learning materials are provided for individual student use and may not be copied or distributed.
